Case Study & Feedback Round
Step into a real situation from the job: a member complaint, a hiring need, a system that keeps breaking. Work through it your way, then we review it together, give feedback, and see how you take on growth opportunities.
Final Interview & Offer
Meet the team lead you would work with. Discuss your goals, development pathway, and other questions. If we’re aligned, you’ll receive an offer and start onboarding.
