I am a complete beginner with no fitness experience. Can I join?
Absolutely! Fitcom offers programs suitable for all fitness levels. Beginners will be guided step-by-step by our professional coaches, starting with basic movements to build fitness, confidence, and healthy habits.
How do I know which program suits me best?
Before your first official class, we will conduct an InBody analysis and posture assessment to help you set reasonable goals and design a personalized training plan.
Is the training time fixed? Can I arrange my own schedule?
Fitcom uses an appointment system, so you can schedule sessions with your coach according to your availability and enjoy flexible training times.
How long is each personal training session, and what does it include?
Each session lasts 60 minutes and includes warm-up, main workout, highlight/challenge segment, cool-down, and post-class guidance. The entire session is one-on-one with your coach.
How much do personal training programs cost?
Unlike many other gyms that only focus on selling large packages, our coaches recommend the number of sessions based on your individual needs, and you decide how many sessions to purchase. Boutique group classes start from RM 46 per session. Personal training ranges from RM 140 to RM 220 per session, depending on your coach level.
Is there a trial session? What do I need to prepare?
Yes — we offer a free consultation for anyone who wants to learn more before committing. We'll chat about your goals and answer your questions. If you're ready to experience real coaching, you can then join our Fitness Trial 2.0: 2 sessions within 7 days, including a full assessment and a personalised training plan. Just bring comfortable sportswear and a water bottle.
What if I can’t make it to a session last minute? Can I cancel or reschedule?
Yes, you can reschedule or cancel by notifying us at least 2 hours in advance. If not notified in advance, the session will be counted as used.
Will someone help me track my progress and results?
Yes. Your coach will use our training tracking system to record each session, including fitness data and photos. Monthly reviews are conducted to help you track progress and celebrate achievements.
What if I am not satisfied with my current coach?
Member satisfaction is our priority. You can request a coach change at any stage, and we will assist in a smooth transition.
What if I am injured or physically unwell?
With a doctor’s note, we allow reasonable pauses. You may also discuss with your coach to adjust your program and focus on recovery.
Will my assessment data or photos be made public?
No. All personal data (including body fat and photos) is strictly confidential and will only be shared as a success story with your explicit consent.
Is there an age limit to join?
We welcome clients of all ages, from teenagers to seniors. For children and teens under 16, please consult our trainers for suitable programs tailored to their needs.
What if I have a medical condition?
Please inform your trainer before starting. We may require a medical clearance depending on your condition.

For Coaches (Joining Fitcom)

How do I apply to become a trainer at Fitcom?
Submit your resume via our website or contact our recruitment team directly. We have a structured interview and onboarding process to ensure the best fit for both you and our team.
Do I need to be certified to join as a trainer?
Not necessarily. We welcome both fitness enthusiasts with at least two years of workout experience and experienced trainers. For those without prior certification, we offer our in-house Certified Fitcom Trainer (CFT) program. Experienced and certified trainers are also encouraged to apply.
Is there a minimum working hour requirement?
Our trainers enjoy flexible schedules, though some roles may have minimum session or hour commitments. Be prepared for early mornings and late evenings, as peak client hours often fall during these times.
How does the commission and salary structure work?
We offer different types of compensation packages, depending on your role and experience. Full details will be shared during the onboarding process.
Is there career growth at Fitcom?
Absolutely! We offer a clear career progression pathway — from Coach all the way to Co-Owner. Details about the advancement process and opportunities will be provided during onboarding.

What are the gym opening hours?
All branches are open daily by appointment, 8am to 10pm. Sessions run by appointment, so you can train at a time that fits your schedule.
Where are Fitcom branches located?
We have three branches across two cities — Personal Training and Muay Thai & Kickboxing in Melaka (Kota Laksamana), and Personal Training in Seremban (Kepayang Sentral). See the Locations page for full addresses and maps.

Do you offer programs for women, post-natal, or seniors?
Yes. We run specialized Pre & Postnatal Training and Golden Years (50+) programs, alongside personal training, Muay Thai, and boutique group classes — every plan is personalized to your needs.
Is there a refund policy?
Yes — we offer a 7-day refund if you’re not satisfied. We earn your commitment, we never pressure it.
