For Clients
Absolutely! Fitcom offers programs suitable for all fitness levels. Beginners will be guided step-by-step by our professional coaches, starting with basic movements to build fitness, confidence, and healthy habits.
Before your first official class, we will conduct an InBody analysis and posture assessment to help you set reasonable goals and design a personalized training plan.
Fitcom uses an appointment system, so you can schedule sessions with your coach according to your availability and enjoy flexible training times.
Each session lasts 60 minutes and includes warm-up, main workout, highlight/challenge segment, cool-down, and post-class guidance. The entire session is one-on-one with your coach.
Unlike many other gyms that only focus on selling large packages, our coaches will recommend the number of sessions based on your individual needs, and you can decide how many sessions to purchase. The price per session ranges from MYR 60 to 180.
Yes, we offer a MYR 99 trial session, which includes a full assessment and one training session. Please wear sportswear and shoes, and bring a towel and water bottle.
Yes, you can reschedule or cancel by notifying us at least 2 hours in advance. If not notified in advance, the session will be counted as used.
Yes. Your coach will use our training tracking system to record each session, including fitness data and photos. Monthly reviews will be conducted to help you track progress and celebrate achievements.
Member satisfaction is our priority. You can request a coach change at any stage, and we will assist in a smooth transition.
With a doctor’s note, we allow reasonable pauses. You may also discuss with your coach to adjust your program and focus on recovery.
No. All personal data (including body fat and photos) is strictly confidential and will only be shared as a success story with your explicit consent.
We welcome clients of all ages, from teenagers to seniors. For children and teens under 16, please consult our trainers for suitable programs tailored to their needs.
Please inform your trainer before starting. We may require a medical clearance depending on your condition.

For Coaches (Joining Fitcom)
Submit your resume via our website or contact our recruitment team directly. We have a structured interview and onboarding process to ensure the best fit for both you and our team.
Not necessarily. We welcome both fitness enthusiasts with at least two years of workout experience and experienced trainers. For those without prior certification, we offer our in-house Certified Fitcom Trainer (CFT) program. Experienced and certified trainers are also encouraged to apply.
Our trainers enjoy flexible schedules, though some roles may have minimum session or hour commitments. Be prepared for early mornings and late evenings, as peak client hours often fall during these times.
We offer different types of compensation packages, depending on your role and experience. Full details will be shared during the onboarding process.
Absolutely! We offer a clear career progression pathway—from Coach all the way to Co-Owner. Details about the advancement process and opportunities will be provided during onboarding.

Our main studio is in Melaka, with a branch in Seremban, and more locations coming soon.
We usually operate from 7:00 am to 10:00 pm daily, including weekends and public holidays, by appointment only.
