First we see your real starting point — and you feel what coached training is like. Four hands-on assessments with your coach:
- InBody body composition. Medical-grade — muscle, fat, water, metabolism. Because weight isn’t the same as fat.
- Posture screen. Standing posture and movement, photographed from three angles — front, side, back.
- Mobility (OHSA). An overhead squat assessment — your coach reads your control and stability.
- Physical fitness test. A simple fitness test so we know your real starting point, not a guess.
