How it works

Two sessions, built around you

Session 1

Assessment

First we see your real starting point — and you feel what coached training is like. Four hands-on assessments with your coach:

  • InBody body composition. Medical-grade — muscle, fat, water, metabolism. Because weight isn’t the same as fat.
  • Posture screen. Standing posture and movement, photographed from three angles — front, side, back.
  • Mobility (OHSA). An overhead squat assessment — your coach reads your control and stability.
  • Physical fitness test. A simple fitness test so we know your real starting point, not a guess.

Plus a warm intake chat and a PAR-Q safety check, then a short walkthrough of your results: this is where you stand → here’s your goal → here’s how we get there.

Session 2

Proper PT session

A full 50-minute personal-training session, designed around what we found on Day 1 — so it genuinely feels built for you.

  • Coached throughout. Your coach guides and corrects every step, with positive-only feedback.
  • Built on your findings. Shaped around the one or two things that matter most for your body.
  • You leave with a plan. Starting point → goal → a personalised training plan to take home.

Session 1 is an assessment, not a workout you have to survive. The coach starts from exactly where you are. Plenty of our members started from zero.

A PAR-Q health check first, then your coach corrects you through every rep, within a safe range.

“What happens after — will I just be on my own?”

You leave with a personalised “what to do next” plan. You don’t just train and go home empty-handed.

Before you come in

Isn’t RM250 a bit pricey?

It covers two sessions — a full assessment plus a proper PT session — and you walk away with a plan. It’s the cost of getting your direction right, cheaper than guessing on your own for a year. Come get assessed first; whether you continue is entirely your call.

I’m really busy — I have no time.

Being busy is exactly why this helps. It’s just two sessions within 7 days, and we work around the slot that fits your schedule.

I have no base / haven’t moved in ages — can I keep up?

Having no base is exactly why you should come. The first session is an assessment; the coach starts from where you are and guides you step by step, within a safe range. Plenty of our members started from zero.

Will you keep pushing me to buy packages?

No — we don’t do hard-selling. The trial is for you to experience and get assessed first. Whether you continue is entirely your decision.

Is it suitable for older folks? Is there a risk of injury?

Safety is our top priority. The first session assesses your condition, keeps everything within your limits, and the coach stays beside you throughout. Many older members feel steadier and more energetic after training (results vary by individual).

I already train at home or elsewhere.

Any movement is a good thing. This isn’t about switching gyms — it’s about seeing where you actually stand and getting the right method. A lot of people plateau simply because they skipped the assessment step.
