Stage 1
Online Application & 1st Interview
Share your story and aspirations. Submit your application and tell us why you want to join Fitcom. Shortlisted candidates have an initial interview to assess motivation, background, and values fit.
Stage 2
Demo Session & Skills Review
Show us how you connect and coach. Lead a mock PT or small-group session. We observe your coaching potential, communication, and eagerness to learn — perfection not required.
Stage 3
Case Study & Feedback Round
Step into real-life coaching scenarios. Tackle a simple case study or training plan. We review your approach, give feedback, and see how you take on growth opportunities.
Stage 4
Final Interview & Offer
Meet with senior coaches or the branch manager. Discuss your goals, development pathway, and questions. If we’re aligned, you’ll receive an offer and start onboarding.

Our training system and mentorship will help you grow from zero to pro.
Do I need to be a certified personal trainer to apply?
Not necessarily. We welcome fitness enthusiasts with at least two years of workout experience and experienced trainers. For those without certification, we offer our in-house Certified Fitcom Trainer (CFT) program. If you already have an international certification (NASM, ACE), we’ll assign your coaching level based on experience and results.
Can I apply for jobs at different locations?
Yes! Fitcom has branches in multiple cities. Specify your preferred location during the application or let us know if you’re open to any branch. Internal transfers and relocation are possible as you grow with us.
What is the salary and earning structure?
Fitcom offers several income schemes — base salary, session commissions, performance bonuses, and annual incentives. Your earnings grow as you advance and achieve results; there’s no income ceiling for top performers.
Are there commission or performance bonuses?
Absolutely. On top of session commissions, we reward loyalty and outstanding results with special bonuses, quarterly incentives, and annual awards. The more you grow and contribute, the more you earn.
