Through out these lessons, I'm satisfied with the exercises and tasks that was prepared for me, it wasn't that hard as I thought everytime before I started my class, haha( it's always felt hard for me to start which is my secret I didn't show to anyone). Well, I don't know how everytime once coach started to give instructions, I feel easier for me to moved on and finished the task than when I'm by myself, it felt like 3 times harder😅

My goal was to gain muscle and lose fat, and I made really good progress after completing the classes. When I started, I was somewhere between a beginner and intermediate level. My coach, Petracharles Akashi, was extremely patient during each session and explained everything clearly and in detail, including how to prevent injuries and the science behind proper posture and movement.

He’s also very funny, which made every session enjoyable. I can confidently say that for most people, one explanation from him for each workout is enough. You will remember the correct form and be able to train independently afterward. He adjusts the difficulty based on each student’s level, and from my experience, he makes sure you truly understand the fundamentals before progressing. By the way, he also teaches Muay Thai if you’re interested!

I had my first Muay Thai personal training at Fitcom Fitness Centre with Coach Daus, and it was incredible! The environment is very conducive to training, and the session was well-structured, including dynamic stretching, upper/lower body conditioning, technique improvement, and bag and pad work. 🥊

My goal isn’t to fight in the ring but to improve my fitness and burn fat, and Coach Daus really understood that. He caters to my limits while also pushing me to exceed them. Every workout was intense—my heart rate soared (as shown in photo), I was gasping for air, and my muscles burned like never before! Still, I hate leg day (who doesn’t?), but he makes sure I push through it anyway—no escape! Sampai kaki bergigil2... 😂

Coach Daus is friendly, patient, and always willing to share his knowledge. He ensures every session is challenging yet enjoyable. Highly recommend for anyone wanting to improve their fitness and push their limits! 💪

I have been trying to lose weight after the MCO however there is no improvement. Saw their advertisement,later I decided to go for trial class, then later signed for 12 session first as I was not sure whether I can follow through. Then I just keep renewing the session with my coach Shanice after feel the improvement in my body. This is what I achieved and learned after 36 session with her.

1. My waist size drop. Had to buy new workpant as the old one was way too loose.
2. Sometimes I have to arranged or pick up stock which to me was way too heavy however now after going through the training session the weight of previous stock item doesn't feel heavy at all. I can keep lifting and moving the stock with ease.
3. I don't feel sluggish or tired nowadays.
4. I have been in constant pain because of my shoulder. After the weight lifting session, the pain improves and now I don't have to take pain meds.

Things that I leaned from my coach Shanice.

1. On how to have proper diet.
2. Learned to have proper form, on how to squat and plank properly.
3. Even learned how to use the fitness equipment ( dumbell and others) properly.

Now if I watch and tried the YouTube exercises, I fully understand which part should I focus more.

It has been a wonderful journey for me. Thank you to my coach Shanice.

I started working out at Fitcom and signed up their 30 sessions PT class about a month ago. And with Joy's guidance, I managed to see small results after a month of working out. I’ve leaned so much from her, not only about getting in shape but also about how the different muscles connect and work. During the workout session, she will always ensure every exercise is executed in the correct body position and alignment. I am an Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeon with a highly unpredictable schedule, often having to cancel sessions at the very last minute due to emergency cases or surgeries.

Despite this, Jeffry has been incredibly understanding and flexible from day one.
He never makes me feel guilty and always adjusts our training around my demanding work life with genuine support and zero pressure.

I had been doing home workouts since I was 18 with very little visible progress. Since starting structured training with Jeffry at Fitcom in October 2024, everything changed. In just six months, I have seen significant improvements in both my physique and overall strength. Most importantly, the chronic pain and limited range of movement in my left shoulder, something I had accepted as permanent, have completely resolved.

Today, right after our session on 7 April 2026, one of the other clients (a pretty, fit, slim lady specialist from another private hospital, also trained by Jeffry) looked at me and exclaimed, “Wow, I could see your arm muscles!” That moment made me smile.
It was a small but powerful reminder of how far I have come under Jeffry’s guidance.

I am happy to have Emily as my 1 to 1 personal trainer. Emily is very good in showing me the right and correct way to do the workout without any injuries. She is always ready with an exercise routine planned for me.

She will also encourage me to do workout at home so that I can improve too. She will video recording and send to me after each session. She too will chase me to show her what kind of food I am taking.

I enjoy and look forward to the twice weekly workout with her.

Being highly recommended by my younger colleagues, I finally stepped into FitCom.

Ha ha..... my worries were unfounded: Coach Sally is willing to conduct my classes at 7 a.m. So there are no parking issues and no concern about sun exposure.

Most importantly, the experienced and friendly Coach Sally guided me step by step. She always ensure my movements and exercises is executed in the correct body position and alignment.

Yet Ms Sally helps me to develop correct eating habits by tracking my daily meals(including Saturdays and Sundays.)

One of the standout aspects of my sessions with Sally is that she takes videos of me while I exercise. This is something I really appreciate, as it allows me to review the videos later, especially if I decide to practice the exercises on my own at home. Additionally, Sally asked me to send pictures of what I eat for every meal. She provides feedback on whether my meals are healthy and whether I’m consuming enough protein. This personalized guidance is helpful, and I also appreciate that Sally shares her own daily meals, offering a practical guide on portion sizes and healthy meal ideas.

If you have a partner or a teenage child interested in personal training, the gym offers a two-person training session. It’s a good option if you want to share the experience and perhaps save on costs.

The only downside is the air bike. The seat is extremely uncomfortable and starts to hurt after just 10 minutes of riding.

I started training on the first day on 13 March 25, every week twice a day an hour of training. After that, I checked my body condition again on 1 May 25.
There is an improvement in my body's skeleton muscle mass and segmental lean analysis, and my BMI is nearly normal now. I will need to make an effort to build more muscle so that my posture gets nicer when I wear any apparel and looks healthier posture.
