E.A.R.N.

Fitcom's four-pillar lifestyle philosophy: Exercise, Attitude, Recovery, Nutrition. Real health is not built on workouts alone; it is earned through all four working together. Every program and article at Fitcom follows this framework. E.A.R.N. is a registered trademark of Fitcom Fitness.

S.A.F.E. Standard

The standard every Fitcom session runs on: Safe, Attentive, Fun, Effective. It means your coach protects your form, pays attention to you personally, keeps sessions enjoyable, and makes sure each hour moves you toward your goal.

Fitcom Training System (FTS)

Fitcom's three-level coaching curriculum: Begin, Build, Become. Every member starts at the level that matches their real ability, then progresses with clear standards, so training is never too easy to work or too hard to sustain.

Fitness Trial 2.0

The first product most members experience: two sessions within seven days for RM 250. Session one is a full assessment. Session two is a real personal training session, and you leave with a training plan you keep, whether you join or not. No hard selling at any point.

InBody

A body composition analyser used during assessments. Instead of only tracking weight, it measures muscle mass, body fat percentage and water balance, so progress can be seen even when the number on the scale barely moves.

Session package

How personal training is purchased at Fitcom: you buy a number of sessions, valid for 365 days. There is no monthly membership contract. Larger packages include bonus sessions, which lowers your effective cost per session.

FitCredit

Prepaid credits for boutique group classes. Buying credits in advance lowers the per-class rate compared to paying for single classes one at a time.

Boutique group fitness

Small, coach-led group classes rather than big-box crowds. Formats include Lift (strength, full-body or lower-body focus), Sweat (conditioning, rope or ball based) and Hybrid (a mix of both). Available at the KLJ Jaya flagship in Melaka.

1-on-2 Personal Training

Personal training shared with one partner: one coach, two clients, one session. Couples and friends use it to train together while still getting individual coaching attention.

By appointment

Fitcom studios are not walk-in gyms. Every session is booked with your coach in advance, daily between 8am and 10pm, so the floor is never crowded and your coach is never split between you and a queue.

Certified Fitcom Trainer (CFT)

Fitcom's in-house certification program. Every coach completes CFT training on top of their existing qualifications, so coaching quality stays consistent no matter which coach or branch you train with.

Pre & Postnatal Training

Specialised coaching for pregnancy and postpartum recovery, designed in collaboration with physiotherapy input. Programs are adapted to each stage, focused on safe strength, mobility and confidence.

Muay Thai Personal Training

One-to-one or one-to-two Muay Thai training coaching at the Melaka Muay Thai studio and Seremban. Technique-first training for fitness, self-defence confidence and conditioning, no prior experience needed.
